I was looking for a kapha-pitta balancing tonic that could help support my lymphatic system and early perimenopausal symptoms. I have found that this particular formula is very helpful to add to my regimen toward these efforts.
They are very well put together, have detailed ingredients listed, and most of all - it smells right for my system - I trust my nose when it comes to supplements! It has helped curb some of my problematic symptoms and food cravings and helps me feel more like myself again.
