Received the incorrect item. Provided photos and message. Took long to get a response and it was not even a response from a human. It was an auto response. I was told tracking would be provided with 24 hours and four days later still no tracking. Kept reaching out by text with auto responses. My wife finally sent a whatsapp message and received a response, but I still have not under my account info. Still waiting for the replacement item with no tracking provided because the product is still not delivered to a US warehouse.
