I would like to share my personal experience here and it has been nothing but magical !!!!
This particular show pc was suggested to me by my vaastu consultant when i moved to my new home in UAE.
I had ordered from the website almost a month ago ,however due to the ongoing geo political situation the parcel reached me a month later in a complete damage condition and i was thoroughly disappointed.I.immediately wrote to the team ,expecting the least ,but i immediately got a responce from them .They promised me that they would ship me a replacement piece and i was overjoyed - expecting the least !
Within a week a brand new set was shipped to me and now adorns my house.
I would have never expected this under normal circustances but having shipped this under extra ordinary circumstances speaks volumes of how they percieve and value every customer and go out of their way to make them happy !
