There’s no package

I’ve been waiting for the package for over 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything. In the app it shows that the products are in another state. My address is 55 Pharr road nw apt D301 and it shows that the package is in north Raleigh. There must be a problem with the address and I hope you can solve it. If it’s not possible, I need a refund.
