- Zeera Safaid, Zanjabeel, Badiyan, Narkachoor, Ilaichi Kalan, Podina Khushk, Tukhm Balango, Tukhm Soya (Seed), Ajwain Desi, Baokhumba, Lime Water, Nabat Safaid.
Dosage of Tiflani:
- 1-3 months: ¼ - ½ Teaspoon twice a day.
- 3-6 months: ½ - 1 Teaspoon twice a day.
- 6 months – 1 year: 1- 1 ½ Teaspoon Twice a day.
- 1-3 Years: 1 ½ - 2 Teaspoon Twice a day.
