DMSO purchase that is returned

I did not know that it was coming from India and would have to cross the border.
It was stopped at the border and returned. If I would have known I would have
responded to the border people. When they sent me notice, I thought it was a scam
because I did not order from India, I ordered from what I thought was a
Swadesii office in Canada. I am a registered Ontario Veterinary Surgeon.
