Disappointing customer service experience

The product was not shipped for several days after ordering. The product was not packaged properly and arrived open with much of it useless. I contacted customer service, sent pics of the packaging with the product spilled amongst the bubble wrap. Customer service requested additional photos and video-it was several days after delivery and I had discarded the packaging. I won’t be doing business with them moving forward due to the unresolved issue with my first order.
