I bought a pot set for my mom for Mother's Day. Got item on 3rd May and she opened on 11th, she said it was small. I contacted customer service and was told 7 day return policy, most places are 30. It was just a matter of 1 day and they could not make an exception. I have a business and know how to keep customers happy by making exceptions as they will be loyal and be repeat customers and recommend. But this business know nothing about keeping their customers happy or interested in repeat business. Be wary of this business!
