I was very disappointed with the purchase. I bought this item from you due the availability date you confirmed with me. I really needed this medication asap. You confirmed it would only take 2 weeks but it took more than a month. From your end there was no communication regarding the this delay , instead I had to reach out to you to find out what going on. I did receive the medication eventually. I would suggest you be very clear and upfront about any changes regarding professionalism.
