- Allow it to soak in for 45 minutes before washing it out.
- Combine 6 drops of cinnamon essential oil, 4 drops of clove bud essential oil, 3 drops of rosemary essential oil, 3 drops of cedarwood essential oil, 2 drops of neroli essential oil, 1 drop of ylang-ylang essential oil, 1 drop of thyme essential oil, 60 ml (2 oz.) Of a carrier oil of personal preference.
- Massage this blend into the affected areas daily until the pain subsides.
