I tried the Shuddhi 32 Herbs Green Tea Powder and was very satisfied with the product. This is a truly authentic Ayurvedic blend — the taste is herbal and slightly bitter (as expected from a detox tea), but it feels natural and effective. I drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and have noticed improvements in digestion and a general sense of lightness.
The delivery wasn’t particularly fast, but that wasn’t an issue for me. What mattered more was that the product arrived in excellent condition — the packaging was secure and airtight. The instructions are printed directly on the package and are easy to understand, especially if you’re familiar with herbal teas.
I’m glad that Swadesii is making traditional Indian wellness products available in the US and Canada. It’s a great way to experience Ayurvedic practices in a modern format. I definitely plan to order again.
