First, when using the soap, it doesn’t lather at all. They claim it has a balanced pH level, likely to mislead customers. Just like any other soap, it makes your skin look brighter right after the bath, but soon enough, your natural color returns.
I ordered two items, and their website stated I would receive a free sample. However, it wasn’t included in the package. After reaching out via email, their response was to send an unboxing video of the soap. Isn’t that something Cool!!
