I just started taking this brand but I’ve always taken avocado supplements but they’re hard to come by the good ones. I will do another review on these in about a month to see how I feel about them. Thanks
I love the taste and crunchiness of MAK paste. I usually take out a spoonful and eat it, drinking hot tea or some water.

I m in love with these popz. Best thing is its made of jaggery so a bit less guilt free.
Please don't add "melon seeds" and destroy the laddus.
