Gynoveda Jeehv Ayurvedic Tablets

I placed a Jeehv order from swadesii. The order took approximately 14-15 days to process, once, I received an email stating that your order had been delivered. Upon returning home from work, I checked my order. It wasn’t there, nor at the door or in the mail box. So, I double-checked with my neighbors, and they also informed me that they haven't seen any orders or haven't received anything by mistake. I got in touch with the Swadesii team right away because I had been waiting for this item for a long time and now my package is missing. The response from the team, was unprofessional, irresponsible, and don’t care about the customer satisfaction. They simply denied taking any responsibility and told me to investigate by myself with courier services. In addition, I need to contact the courier customer service, but I won't receive a refund. This was the first and last purchase I made from this website. If this is the policy, they should have asked for the signature to get the product, but it wasn't there. I won't recommend the website to anyone in my contacts and I don't trust it.
