Once I reached out, I received immediate responses to my customer service inquiries and the product did reach me as promised. My order contained three glass bottles, which were each individually wrap and packed securely in the box.

Producs was a little sour to my liking but i mic it with my yoghurt or with boil it with my milk and its phenomenal. I would definitely buy it again when im done with this❤️
