Product not delivered, very very poor customer service by Swedesii.com

Ordered this product on 1st aug 2024 & today is 14th August , I m receiving e mails from DHL that there are some custom duties needs to paid & have to show them doctor certificate to get over the counter supplements. Tried calling , emailing swadesii.com no help, there was nothing mentioned on website about custom & fee for Canada shipment. Very very poor customer service . DHL is $37 for custom fees that was never mentioned by swadesii.com when the sold be this product for $66.99. Very disappointing.
