Delivery issues

I am writing this review for one Main reason-
1) Delivery of the product was not done as it was estimated at the time of the purchase. I was told estimated delivery date was October 7th. Product actually arrived on 23rd or October. Customer service people lie too much. They give you false information that product is arriving from India, now itā€™s in ware house it will come to ASAP. USPS had misplaced my package. I had to do constant follow up for just one item ordered. Imagine if you order multiple items. Not recommending Swadesii to my friends or family.
