- Sit comfortably on a non-slippery surface and check if the oil is warm enough by putting a drop on your inner wrist. Gently apply all over your body
- Pregnant and new mothers should focus on abdominal massage to strengthen and tone the uterus
- Massage your abdomen in large, clockwise circles with very gentle pressure
- Next, make small clockwise circles around your belly button
- Let the oil sit for about half an hour, and then take a relaxing bath using warm water to wash away the oiliness
