Shipping was not ridiculously delayed. I found the availability of tracking via ‘Shop’, to be very convenient. Thank you for providing the notifications and tracking.
The crackers are very well packaged, complete with a ziplock resealable bag. The kilo comes in 4 bags, so freshness is maintained nicely when opening only the single bag you are serving from.

The flavor is EXTREMELY GOOD.

I missed having Chana Dahl, but the coriander and sesame seeds added a new flavor dimension that is VERY good. It doesn’t list the ‘spices’ on the label, but there is a beautiful orange/ red color to the crackers that adds to the festive appearance and I suspect the color comes from ‘Hing’ (asafetida). I wish there had been a specific list of spices, so I could know for certain.

All in all, this is the MOST flavorful chekkalu I’ve ever eaten. BRAVA!
