Too Soon for a complete review.

I have been taking the MAK for only 9 days. I bought this as a preventative measure. I have no health issues at 76. However, would like more energy. I heard about this from a good friend who is a pharmacist. She has friends and relatives that started taking and had very wonderful things to say. I love the taste. It has a comforting flavor when taken with warm milk. I want to keep taking this and will for at least a few more months to see if it does increase my energy level. Gayle

When it did arrive, jar was bashed in, the seal was broken and it was leaking a bit.
DO NOT USE USPS ! they are the worst service
