      Horrible service

      We had ordered this set 1 week before the festival since it was promised that it would arrive 2 days before the festival day to our location. But the delivery was made 3 days after the festival even after requesting multiple times to cancel the order. I understand that there was delay, but the team did not help us cancel order or return item too. we reeally wanted a refund since we had to get another idol from elsewhere. The customer service is terrible and does not respond well to the enquiry. Still waiting on the response from them for refund. We are even ready to ship it to their address. They have stopped responding. Please do not order!

      Perfect Kit with everything for celebration included!

      This is my first time buying this kit and what a kind of experience!! Saved time and money buying large quantities of items that actually need very little! Everything was available and except for hot prasadam that we have to prepare .. nothing is needed!
