- CARAWAY Cold Pressed Flax Seed Oil is prepared by pressing Flaxseed on a Sil-Batta, taking a step forward from commonly available Wood Pressed Flaxseed Oil. It is then Followed by a 3 Step Natural Sedimentation process. Result? Flax Seed Oil rich in Omega 3 completely Unfiltered and Chemical Free.
- RECOMMENDED DOSAGE - 1 tsp (5 ml) of CARAWAY Flaxseed oil provides daily Omega-3 requirement of 2.7g for men and 1.9g for women. Omega-3 fatty acid is converted into ALA by the body.
- PACKAGING AND STORAGE: This item is packed in Amber Glass Bottles and closed using Phenolic Caps in order to avoid Oxidation. We suggest you to store in Refrigerator at all times and make sure to close the cap tight. High amount of Omega-3 fatty acids can go rancid leading to off bitter taste when exposed to air.
